John McHale
Director

John has been in the electrical industry since 1987. Having started as an apprentice with B.M.S. Electrical Contractors he gained experience in many different aspects of installations varying from domestic, commercial to industrial. Having site managed many large projects he eventually moved on to the role of contracts manager for various companies being responsible for all that the role entailed. After moving up to senior contracts manger for BLS Cabling Solutions it was from here that he went on to form JTI with Ian.

Ian McSkeane
Director

Ian qualified as an electrician in 1985 and spent the majority of his electrical career with B.M.S. Electrical Contractors and C.G.J. Building Services. With these companies he gained experience in site managing many large complex projects for blue chip clients which encompassed the supervision of all trades under an M&E package. Ian was responsible for labour management and ensuring the projects were brought in on time. After nearly 20 years of experience in this role Ian then went on to form JTI with John in 2005.

Steven McQuaker
Electrical Contracts Manager

Steven joined JTI in 2008 as Electrical Contracts Manager. Steven had previously worked as an on site supervisor of many large projects for various companies. His roles included liaising with site project managers, labour management, CAD design and implementation and ensuring efficient use of the resources available to him to bring all his projects in on time and under budget. Steven is now responsible for numerous contracts for JTI varying in scope and range.

Bob Rees
Mechanical Contracts Manager

Bob joined JTI in 2009 as Mechanical Contracts Manager. Having worked for many large mechanical companies since 1974 Bob progressed through the ranks before eventually becoming senior site manager for various contracts. Bob has a vast wealth of experience on mechanical and plumbing systems and has always maintained a good ongoing working relationship with clients. Bob is now responsible for many projects of varying scope and size taking them from conception to completion for JTI.

Julie Chapman
Accounts and Admin

Julie has worked in accounts for a number of years and is a member of AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) Julie has been with JTI since its inception in 2005 and is responsible for all accounts and admin matters within the company.
